FEE SCHEDULE
Our retainer search practice
provides a client-oriented fee schedule, both unique to retainer consulting
and responsive to each clients requirements.
Once a search is undertaken, clients are invoiced an initial retainer of one-third
of the agreed upon fee. As the search progresses to the full satisfaction of
our clients - that is, interested and qualified candidates have been identified,
the second retainer of one third is billed. Only when the search is completed
and a successful candidate accepts terms and conditions will we submit a final
invoice for consulting services.
Our consulting fee
is predicated solely on the base salary of the hired individual. We do not include
incentive compensation, sign on bonuses or other incentive arrangements in fee
calculations.
The client is billed monthly
during the period of the search for standard out-of-pocket expenses that include
telephone and postage charges, candidate and consultant travel, hotel and business
meal expenses, etc. It is also our practice to provide detailed information
for all expenses incurred and extraordinary expenses are always pre-approved.
DAL Partners can and has worked with valued clients on variable fee arrangements
for long term partnering relationships and multiple staffing engagements.
SEARCH
CANCELLATION
Our clients always have the option
of canceling a search. We ask only for a pro-rata consulting fee from the start
of our efforts to the time of cancellation. However, if the search has been
ongoing for over 45 days, we believe we have earned the full consulting fee.
